As we travel in our bus you will get the chance to see some of the "Big 5" - lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros and buffalo, although because the animals are free to roam over a large area one can never guarantee what one will see.
For those who want to, an optional tour at your own cost can be arranged where you can join other guests for an exciting afternoon safari in an open vehicle. (This tour should be prebooked).

After a few hours we stop to enjoy a sundowner drink in the bush, whereafter we return to the lodge in the dark, using strong torches for the chance of spotting some nocturnal animals. We end the northern part of the tour with a traditional South African "Boma" dinner, seated around a log fire and under the great African skies.
